With more than 15 years’ experience in corporate consulting: change management, leadership and people development and health & wellbeing, I work in close partnership with organisations and teams to help create the personal and organisational change that they require. 

I use a combination of strategies and methodologies that enable a deep and effective process:

  1. In-depth consultation, research and needs analysis, to establish key focus areas and priorities.
  2. Design of appropriate, bespoke interventions aimed at the relevant target group; from Shop Floor to Exco.
  3.  Interventions may include workshops, discussion groups, talks, face-to-face and/or online coaching sessions.
  4. Review of progress with client.
  5. Follow-up interventions when necessary.
  6. Thorough report process.
